Our Mai Tai is a simple cocktail full of balance, paying homage to the Trader Vic version of 1944. We have created an aged rum-like flavor combined with that fresh-tasting bouquet of citrus, coconut and spices. Tip: to maintain that scent on the nose, garnish with fresh fruit and transport your customer to a Polynesian paradise.

Made From Other Than Standard Orange Wine With Natural Flavors, FD&C Yellow #6 and Caramel Color.
Shake bottle well.
Fill a 14 oz. Highball Glass with ice.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Pour 5 oz. of Bar41™ Mai Tai Cocktail in shaker.
Place top on shaker and shake for 5 seconds.
Strain into a Highball Glass.
Garnish with a pineapple star, an orange slice and Maraschino cherry.
(Optional) Drizzle cherry juice for rainbow color.
